As part of activities to mark the International Womens Day, the entire staff of the NBTS partook in lessons on ways to better resolve problems with their spouses back at home. The session that took place on 28 February in the Conference hall of the centre saw the active participation of attendees, who gave a keen ear to Mr. Jacques Lagrace Bessala, Psychologist, invited for the occasion. He dished out simple ways that people could employ to make their homes peaceful havens, noting that problems from homes could have trickledown effects at ones job side. From the questions and answer sessions, NBTS staff was enlightened on better ways of managing conflict in their homes for a better and harmonious society.
